My Priorities

I want to help build a Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown where people can live, work and build their lives in strong, growing communities.

That means supporting economic growth and home ownership, making sure infrastructure and public services keep pace, strengthening our local communities and ensuring Ireland continues to play a confident role in Europe.

These priorities guide the work I do on the Council.

Growth

Housing & Planning
Building more homes, supporting enterprise and ensuring DLR has the infrastructure needed to accommodate growth.

Ownership

Homes, families & economic independence
Helping more people afford to live, work and build their lives in the communities where they have roots.

Delivery

Better transport, infrastructure & public services
Making sure the Council delivers effectively, spends carefully and provides the infrastructure that residents and businesses need.

Community

Strong, safe & sustainable communities
Supporting local businesses, families, community organisations, parks, public spaces and a high quality of life.

Europe

Ireland in Europe
Making the case for Ireland’s place at the heart of Europe, and for the principles of subsidiarity, enterprise and the social-market economy.
